Refund policy

Every payment for TERRA Pro, monthly or yearly, first payment or renewal, can be refunded in full within 14 days of the payment. No reason is needed.
01How to ask
Write to connect@dearwise.earth from the email you paid with, or reply to your payment receipt, within 14 days of the payment.
02How it is paid back
Refunds are made by Paddle.com, our reseller and the merchant of record for every order, to the card or wallet you paid with, including any tax charged. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
03What happens to the plan
A refunded payment closes the plan it paid for, and nothing more is charged. Your account, your readings and the parcels you hold stay; what needs the plan closes with it.
04After fourteen days
After 14 days a payment is not refunded, in part or in full, but you can cancel at any time so the next one never comes. Where the law where you live gives you more, you have more.
05Cancelling
Cancelling stops the next payment. You can cancel any time from your account page, and the plan stays open to the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling and a refund are separate: to have a payment returned, ask as above.
