What goes wrong

  1. 01

    No water, no hotel

On some coasts the water utility can no longer add connections, and one wet year hides a drought.

TERRA helpsRain through the year and the longest dry spell for the site. TERRA does not grant water.

  2. 02

The permit is challenged after the build starts

Forest the public maps show, a protected area next door, an impact study that missed them. Approvals have been revoked with construction under way.

TERRA answers itForest history and protected land read before you buy the site.

  3. 03

Guests can't reach you half the year

In the rains, many secondary roads turn into four-wheel-drive tracks.

TERRA helpsDistance to the nearest road and settlement, and the slope of the ground.

  4. 04

The neighbours turn against the project

Water and the coast are what a town fights for, and a project that takes either loses its welcome.

TERRA helpsThe watershed you share with them, on one page you can show.

What TERRA does not do

TERRA does not get permits or write the impact study. It tells you which sites are worth one.

Before you start

Does this replace the impact study?

No. It tells you which sites are worth one, and what the study will have to look at.

Every figure names its source and date. Where the data is silent, the reading says so.

Compare · Pro

The sites on your shortlist, ranked for hosting.

Put two or three sites side by side and choose hosting as the use. The order is worked out again in front of you, with the water, slope, access and forest of each site, and every figure names its source.

  • Compare

Two or three parcels side by side, pillar by pillar. Pick what you are choosing for, a lodge, a reserve, farmland, water, and the ranking re-weights in front of you.

  • Private readings

Every free reading joins the public wall. A Pro reading stays off it: no listing, no corpus, no link anyone else can open. Publish it later if you choose, or never.

  • Reports

A printable report for any reading. The maps, the narrative in full, the risks and what stands against them, and the checklist for the day you walk it.
